Distie ECCTEC signs Mitel Unify in Australia and New Zealand<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Telecommunications provider Mitel<\/a> has named ECCTEC Distribution<\/a> as its new distributor for the hybrid unified communications Unify<\/a> portfolio across Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Sydney-based distributor brings three decades of experience in the communications sector to the partnership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“This partnership is a significant step in ensuring we continue to deliver hybrid and mission-critical solutions that meet the needs of our customers”, Terence Tutaan, head of region for Mitel in ANZSP, said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“ECCTEC is well aligned to Mitel’s strategies and strengths around hybrid and mission-critical solutions”, Tutaan said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The distribution company operates from a warehouse in Macquarie Park, specialising in telecommunications, healthcare, and retail solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“ECCTEC brings extensive product and market experience that will be invaluable to our partner community,” Joerg Adams, Mitel’s ANNZSP sales manager, said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Partners will benefit from their technical and marketing expertise, as well as access to value-added services like hosted Cloud Services,” Adams added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ECCTEC’s leadership team includes industry veterans Paul Cooper as chief executive officer and Stuart Edge as chief information officer, both having worked with Siemens, Unify, and Atos since their Australian launches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Both Stuart and I are extremely excited about this new partnership with Mitel. We look forward to working closely with them and their partners to grow business across the region”, Paul Cooper said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“ECCTEC is now fully equipped to handle all Mitel-Unify products, solutions and services, ensuring seamless support and distribution for our partners”, Stuart Edge said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
