ECCTEC Distribution Pty Ltd<\/a> is a value-added distributor or VAD and this means ECCTEC will go beyond the traditional role of logistics and order fulfillment to provide extra services which make it easier for the channel to sell the Mitel<\/a>\/Unify product set.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

These extra services lead to partners being better informed about the products’ capabilities and means they’re able to sell the Unify product portfolio, based on what the products can achieve for their customers. This in turn, usually leads to increased sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a value-added distributor, ECCTEC will offer of course, logistics, warehousing and a price file. But extra services will be added to these such as:<\/strong>
* Pre-sales technical support
* Sales support
* Sales document support
* Customer joint visits
* Customer demonstrations
* Demonstration equipment
* Marketing support
* Training<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All of these services will make selling the Mitel\/Unify portfolio easier. As a value-added distributor, ECCTEC can become an extension of their partner\u2019s team, providing the support and services that help make the latest products and services stand out in the market. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This in turn, usually leads to rapidly increased sales. This is in contrast to the previous Mitel\/Unify distributor which only provided the basic distribution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
