Queuing Display Terminal is an outpatient queuing signage solution designed to support Windows and Android OS. All devices pre-installed with Signage CMS client software can be connected to WISE-PaaS/Signage Server - a web-based content management system which delivers rich formats and high-resolution multimedia to all queuing display terminals in real-time - and effectively conveys information about health education. Also, pre-installed HQM client software receives queuing data from HQM servers through AMQP protocol. Timely display of the integrated information of queuing and check-in systems strengthens the service quality of public spaces in the hospital.

When patients are called into a clinic room, their name is displayed on a screen outside the room and an audio notification is broadcast. With the self-check-in service, the system helps to protect patient privacy. Patients can self-identify and check-in for scheduled appointments by simply scanning their healthcare ID card with the terminal's smart card reader, eliminating the need for staff to check patient IDs and saving time.
